Since 2012, Armed Guard Services has grown to 130 Gunmen serving Bank Asia Ltd. Despite a shortage of licensed Gunmen, we plan to add 150 this year. We're also expanding our marketing reach from 3,000 to 4,000.

ESSD is a leading security and technology provider in Bangladesh, serving clients like the Netherlands Embassy and Bangladesh Air Force. We aim to grow our client base to 100 by year-end.

We have recently launched our Office Support Service under the Men Wing, offering services such as peons, messengers, tea boys, and cleaners. A dedicated team of professionals is already serving within RANGS Group and Bank Asia Ltd.

Currently, we manage around 3,700 clients with a team of 2,700 professionals. We plan to increase our workforce to 3,500 by the end of this year.

This year, we increased the salaries and wages of our Security Guards, and we plan to continue this practice in the future.

We have a seven-story Training Centre in Bhabanipur, Savar, where our Security Guards receive training under the supervision of professionals and retired armed forces members. Our training standards have significantly improved, and we are continuously working to enhance them further.

Alternative communication methods are essential to supporting security services, particularly for CIT operations. We are currently equipped to integrate wireless communication systems to meet these needs.

Currently, we offer support by outsourcing from other security companies. However, we are now capable of supplying electronic security support systems directly.
